At Decopac, we ensure the highest quality for our professional cake decorating supplies; however, if you are not satisfied with your non-food purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to food safety regulations, edible items such as sprinkles, fondant, and food coloring cannot be returned once they have left our facility.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a return request for eligible non-edible items.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship to Decopac

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
